Privacy Policy

HammerHand hasn't launched yet. Right now this site does one thing: it lets you register your interest so we can tell you when we go live. This note explains how we handle the details you give us at this pre-launch stage, under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect. Only what you type into the register-your-interest form — your name, email address, business or trade name, and the trade you're in. Nothing else. We don't track you around the site or use cookies to build a profile of you.

Why we collect it. To contact you about early access to HammerHand and to let you know when it launches. That's it. We never sell your information and never use it for advertising.

How it reaches us. When you submit the form, your details are handled by our sign-up form provider and delivered to us by email. They're used only for the purpose above.

Removing your details. You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time — just email hello@hammerhand.co.nz and we'll remove you from the list. You can also ask to see or correct what we hold.

When we launch. The full HammerHand app collects more than this — inspection photos, addresses and client details, all treated as personal information under the Privacy Act 2020 and stored in New Zealand / Australia. A complete privacy policy covering all of that will be published here before the app goes live. If you have any questions in the meantime, email hello@hammerhand.co.nz.
