1 · Capture

Talk and photograph — offline

Move through the property against a rendered template. Record a voice note per area and snap photos; each one is stamped with capture time and location where available. Everything is written to your device the instant you capture it, so a walk-through survives signal loss and an app close with nothing lost.

2 · Verify

The AI drafts; you decide

HammerHand turns each voice note and photo into a structured, drafted finding — a description, a suggested severity, an outcome. It's clearly marked as a proposal. You review it against your retained audio, edit anything, set the severity, and confirm. Proposed and verified are distinct states, and a report can only be published from verified content.

3 · Review & send

You see it before your client does

Compile your verified findings into a branded, dated report and preview it exactly as your client will receive it — the finished PDF, before anything leaves your hands. Spot something? Tap to edit, then send when you're ready — nothing ever goes to a client automatically. The moment you issue, the report locks as a dated snapshot with your signature and evidence trail; later corrections create a new version rather than quietly changing what your client already has. Scope, limitations and your disclaimers are embedded in the document so they travel with it.
